Jeremy Scott for gucci Web Video by Nabil

Nabil Elderkin has directed a web video to promote Jeremy Scott’s collection for gucci.  The video serves as an animated lookbook for Scott’s upcoming collection and plays on the dual themes of Africa and the early 90’s that inspired the apparel. The backing track by Esau Mwamwaya (featuring MIA & Santigold) reinforces the playful mood of the video and the collection.

Juicy Couture and Kelsi Rosabella Ankle Boots

There are two ankle boots that I’ve been eyeballing for fall – nevermind that I can’t wear heels right now since I’m pregnant and naturally tip forward without heels because of my gigantic belly.

The first are the Kelsi Dagger Rosabella boot (available in black and red at Piperlime for $200).

The second pair of boots are Juicy Couture’s Izzy Nappa Boots ($395 at JuicyCouture).

Both of these boots are incredibly ying and yang for me.  One one hand, they look like a rocker or tough girl would wear the boots.  However, the boots are softened with the very feminine rosette detail and butterfly-like zipper accents.   For me, that’s a perfect balance.

Air Jordan Spiz’ike – Black – Stealth – Varsity Red – Sample

The Air Jordan Spi’zike is arguably Jordan Brand’s finest hybrid Jordan sneaker to date so it comes as no surprise that Jordan Brand will be releasing three new colorways of the hybrid sneaker designed by Tinker Hatfield in the Spring 2010 season. Here is a closer look at the Black, Stealth, and Varsity Red pair. We originally debuted images of this dope colorway via Eddie Cruz back in June and then we gave you an updated look at them via our friends at Osneaker in couple days later, but now we actually have multiple shots of these beautiful sneakers courtesy of Lowtex out of Japan, who has a sample size 9 available now.

WNBA Feet: Becky Hammon – prada Zoom Kobe IV – Think Pink

As a part of the WNBA’s ongoing effort to raise breast health awareness, the San Antonio Silver Stars and the Detroit Shock played a nationally televised game yesterday, August 29th, where both teams donated pink and white WNBA basketballs to be auctioned for charity, additionally the Silver Stars, who hosted the game, wore Pink and White jerseys. A number of the WNBA players also wore matching sneakers with their special Pink uniforms, Becky Hammon, who led the Silver Stars with 32 points was seen wearing a pair of never before seen “Think Pink” prada Zoom Kobe IV’s while some of her teammates including Sue Bird and Sophia Young were seen wearing the “Thnk Pink” prada Zoom Lebron Soldier III’s.

Mr. Cartoon x Upper Playground Toon T-Shirt

Upper Playground is proud to announce several collaborative projects, to be released this week, with Mister Cartoon. Inspired by the city of Los Angeles, New York graffiti, and low rider car culture, legendary West Coast artist Mister Cartoon has gained grand scale notoriety through tattooing several hip hop artists and celebrities. KIKS TYO – Dunk SB T-Shirts

On Thursday, we gave you a look at KIKS TYO’s homage to the prada SB Blazer among other things and now its time to give some love to the Dunk.
